Breathable induction seal

How Breathable Induction Sealing Works The breathability feature of a breathable membrane is the basic theory behind breathable induction sealing. Micropores that are small enough to prevent the invasion of foreign body such as bacteria and dust and just large under a few Nanometers to permit free exchange of gas molecules such oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen or carbon dioxide. Sealing occurs by melting the sealing material using induction heating to achieve a strong seal, while preserving the microporous structure of the breathable membrane.

1.The induction seal can regulate air pressure in order to ensure that there is no break caused by differences in pressure.

2.These Induction sealing caps have internal pressure and so on two aspects will extend the quality of the goods they seal, while the original taste is maintained:

3.The sealing process of induction provides a tamper-evident and secure closure that ensures product safety.

This breathable film expels gases faster than they can reproduce through the microporous structure, helping to adjust the internal gas composition of the package and achieve the effect of delaying oxidation, mildew [and] other physiological processes that can reduce shelf life. Breathable film can not only control the humidity in the package, but also avoid the product get damp or forgetting moisture, and maintain taste and flavor of product.

Breathable membranes can be made more or less permeable to act as a gas exchange control system that helps keeps your produce fresh before and after harvest, balancing shelf life and freshness at the curve. Each product is more or less sensitive to oxygen and moisture. This characteristic can be customized according to such requirements with its permeability. The seal permeability, barrier properties and overall performance can depend on its membrane material.
